Join The Highlands and Help Revolutionize the Aging Experience! As an Environmental Services Aide, you will: Help keep our community clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming for residents, families, and team members. Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, and other spaces throughout our community. Collect, wash, dry, fold, and return resident clothing and linens to the appropriate locations. Keep linen closets, housekeeping carts, and supply areas clean, organized, and stocked. Perform routine cleaning and sanitation, including isolation cleaning when needed. Use housekeeping equipment and cleaning products safely and properly. Help care for residents' personal belongings, including labeling clothing and reporting missing items. Follow established safety, sanitation, infection prevention, and confidentiality practices. Work as part of our Hospitality Services team to create a clean, comfortable, home-like environment for our residents.
Open Shifts Available:
Full-time Day Shift (6:00am-2:30pm)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous housekeeping, laundry, custodial, or janitorial experience preferred, but not required. Dependable and able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done. Ability to follow written and verbal directions. Friendly, respectful, and comfortable interacting with residents and team members. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform the physical duties of the position. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Items over 50 lbs. require a two-person or mechanical lift. Ability to safely use cleaning products, chemicals, and housekeeping equipment.

From $17.25 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
