Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Professional to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of residential and commercial spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services that ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our clients. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all areas within residential properties. Operate various cleaning equipment and tools such as vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and janitorial supplies efficiently. Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or equipment safely. Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper use of cleaning detergents and chemicals. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Manage time effectively to complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards. Follow outdoor work protocols when required for properties with exterior cleaning needs. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation procedures. Familiarity with various cleaning equipment and the safe handling of cleaning detergents and chemicals. Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday. Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
