Holiday Inn Express & Suites is seeking a warm, cheerful individual with a guest-centered attitude for a Housekeeping position within our hotel.

Responsibilities will include:

greeting and conversing with guests, cleaning guest rooms and public spaces with an extreme attention to detail. Work involves 5 days a week with the opportunity to pick up extra hours.

Essential Responsibilities:

Provide professional and courteous service at all times. Clean guest rooms Dusts, vacuums and overall maintains all public areas, hallways, rest areas and other spaces assigned. Collects linens for laundering and received and stores linen supplies in appropriate locations. Refurnishes areas with supplies as required. Removes and disposes of trash. Completes projects as determined by executive housekeeper. Communicate all pertinent information to managers and supervisors. Follow set procedures. Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and hotel policies. To do this kind of work, you must be able to: Use hands to lift, carry or pull objects that may be heavy. Perform routine work or the same task over and over again. Be available for work days, weekends and holidays.

Physical Demands:

Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, seeing, feeling.
