Bear Lake Memorial Healthcare is seeking a hard-working, dependable individual to help clean various departments throughout the hospital. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: General cleaning of various rooms and departments ensuring compliance with strict infection control guidelines Dusting, sweeping, mopping, washing windows, and washing walls. Waxing and stripping floors as needed Performing additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Previous experience with housekeeping duties is preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work well with others. Strict adherence to confidentiality requirements. Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures. Adherence to required infection control guidelines for cleaning and housekeeping duties. High level of integrity. Flexibility to work various hours/shifts, including days, weekends, holidays, etc. Willingness to take turns with on-call schedules. Physical capability to perform bending, kneeling, twisting, reaching, lifting, and walking. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Commitment to contributing to the culture and vision of the most caring hospital.
