Job Description
Overview Fresh Premium Cleans is seeking trustworthy and hardworking house cleaners. You will be able to set up your own schedule on our platform, specifying the hours you wish to work, and the locations you want to work in. We do home/office cleans all around the Chicago suburbs such as Oakbrook, Naperville, Aurora, and etc. We provide you with a top-of-the-line support team who will set your appointments for you and get you booked out according to your schedule that you set for yourself. We deal with any customer service issues to save you time and let you focus on your work. We also take care of handling/collecting all payments for completed jobs. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Handle floor care, ensuring that all types of flooring are maintained properly. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring freshness and cleanliness. Manage custodial tasks such as waste disposal and restocking cleaning supplies. Provide housekeeping management by organizing cleaning schedules and prioritizing tasks effectively. Deliver excellent customer service by communicating with clients about their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Maintain a high level of cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations. Assist with any additional cleaning tasks as requested by clients or management. Experience Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning products is beneficial. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and responsibility.
