The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential and commercial spaces. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that all areas are sanitized and presentable for our clients. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens, towels, and other items as needed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks. Manage housekeeping duties efficiently, ensuring that all tasks are completed within designated timeframes. Conduct commercial cleaning for various facilities, adhering to specific protocols and guidelines. Execute residential cleaning tasks with attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable environment for homeowners. Carry out carpet cleaning as required, using appropriate equipment and techniques. Assist in hotel housekeeping operations by preparing rooms for guests and maintaining common areas. Occasionally assist with cooking or meal preparation as part of household management responsibilities. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with sanitation practices and cleaning techniques is essential. Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs. Experience in housekeeping management or commercial cleaning environments is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
