Housekeeper / EVS (Environmental Services)

Associate Job Overview:

LGC Hospitality Staffing is hiring dependable communities, hotels, and other hospitality environments. This is a temporary, on-call position ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail oriented, and take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing assigned areas, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and representing LGC professionally at client locations.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize resident rooms, patient rooms, guest rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, and other assigned spaces Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces according to client standards Empty trash and replace liners throughout assigned work areas Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, linens, and other housekeeping essentials as needed Clean and sanitize high touch surfaces while following infection control procedures Make beds, change linens, and replenish room amenities when applicable Safely operate housekeeping equipment and properly use cleaning chemicals Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged equipment to supervisors Follow all client specific cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and infection control protocols Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping, environmental services (EVS), janitorial, hotel housekeeping, or custodial experience preferred Must be available for 7a-3:30p or 3-11:30p shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift Ability to work efficiently in fast paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Strong work ethic and commitment to cleanliness and safety Ability to follow cleaning procedures, safety standards, and infection control guidelines Reliable transportation to various job sites Flexible schedule (early mornings, daytime shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed) Professional appearance and dependable attendance
