Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation across various areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common spaces. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded. Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as required. Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality and appearance. Utilize janitorial equipment safely and effectively for tasks such as floor cleaning machines, vacuum cleaners, mops, brushes, and dusters. Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or supplies while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service during each visit. Follow detailed cleaning schedules and manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned thoroughly, paying attention to high-touch areas to promote sanitation and prevent the spread of germs. Follow our checklist! Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning procedures would be beneficial Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple client sites. Physical stamina for manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members alike.
