Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a high standard of service for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping and vacuuming to maintain the appearance of floors. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning visits. Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms. Qualifications Two years of previous professional experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial services is mandatory. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and company. Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is required. Must have and provide all cleaning supplies and vacuums. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated time frames. Must be comfortable with simple smart phone communication applications. Must provide own transportation.
