What You'll Do:

Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, restrooms, and laundry rooms. Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring they meet our high standards. Perform daily, weekly, and seasonal cleaning tasks as needed. Restock supplies and report inventory needs. Inspect and ensure all assigned areas are clean, organized, and in good repair. Report maintenance or repair issues promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe and healthy environment.
