Summary:
The Housekeeper performs cleaning services for the office building to ensure sanitary and cleanliness.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Status:
Non-Exempt Duties/Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, hallways, and other facility spaces. Sweep, mop and vacuum. Empty trash and dispose of waste properly. Refill supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors as needed. Clean tables and microwaves in kitchens and cafeteria areas. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly. Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards. Ensure security of all areas after cleaning (e.g., locking doors, turning off lights). Follow cleaning schedules and complete daily checklists. Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Requirements:
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness Reliable and punctual
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma/GED required Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing and walking Must have ability to lift/move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. periodically
