Janitorial Worker

Overall Responsibility The ideal candidate will be able to perform all the duties required and be an outstanding representative of ESCFederal.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming Perform trash removal and replace containers with empty bags Service, supply and clean restrooms including all fixtures; toilets, urinals, partitions, walls, vents and mirrors Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment Patrol entire site for any trash and/or spills that needs to be cleaned Must have a valid driver's license and pass MVR check Must be able to work outside in all kinds of weather Must be able to walk and/or stand for up to four hours at a time minimum Must be able to perform all required duties of the position Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds Must be able to use hand tools and facilities equipment Full-time and Part-time shifts available Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. 
