Overview Edgestone Staffing is seeking dedicated and energetic Housekeepers to work with our hotel partners across the area. You'll clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel brand standards so every guest walks into a spotless, comfortable, ready-to-enjoy room. Schedules:

Day shifts (8 a.m. - 4 p.m.) Must have reliable transportation and at least 1 year of housekeeping experience in a professional work environment. (hotel, motel, lodges, bed & breakfast etc.).

Duties:

Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance Implement proper sanitation procedures across all areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Make beds and change linens in assigned guest rooms to hotel brand standards, so every bed is tight, wrinkle-free and guest-ready. Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently Use cleaning equipment and detergents safely while maintaining their proper functioning through routine checks and manual handling techniques Clean and maintain various surfaces including countertops, furniture, windows, and fixtures to keep spaces spotless and inviting Communicate effectively with clients or residents to understand specific needs or preferences and provide exceptional customer service Manage time efficiently to complete daily tasks within scheduled periods while prioritizing urgent or special requests Qualifications At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar professional setting (motel, resort, lodge, bed & breakfast), with a strong understanding of guest room cleaning procedures Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day We're hiring now.
