Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all residential areas, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning using appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents Implement proper sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met consistently Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques to keep surfaces spotless and safe Use manual handling skills for heavy lifting of furniture or equipment while adhering to safety protocols Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping services Ensure all cleaning surfaces are sanitized regularly and cleaning equipment is maintained in excellent condition Assist with outdoor work when necessary, such as patio or porch cleaning, ensuring the exterior environment matches the interior cleanliness standards Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, with janitorial or outdoor work experience preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and the use of various cleaning detergents and equipment Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout each shift Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and understand their expectations Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and floor care methods for different surfaces Experience in managing housekeeping tasks independently or as part of a team in residential settings Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, comfortable living environments!
