Summary We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Laundry Worker to join our team in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Located in a supportive environment, this role is crucial in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards that align with our mission to provide exceptional care. Responsibilities Perform laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and personal clothing. Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored. Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Collaborate with nursing staff to meet the needs of residents. Qualifications Proven experience in laundry services or housekeeping (highly preferred). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required. Excellent time management skills. Compassionate attitude toward residents and their families. Pay:
