Residential Cleaner | Part-Time | $24-$26/hour Edith Louise Cleaning is a locally owned cleaning company serving Leominster and surrounding communities. We are currently growing our client base and looking for an experienced, reliable residential cleaner to become an important part of our team. This is a part-time position with hours that will vary initially as our client base grows. We want to be upfront that this is not currently a guaranteed full-time position. We are actively taking on new clients, however, and there is opportunity for additional and more consistent hours as the company grows. What you'll be doing: Residential cleaning, including recurring maintenance cleans and deep cleans Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and common areas Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and general surface cleaning Following Edith Louise Cleaning's cleaning standards and checklists Working independently and managing your time efficiently Treating clients' homes, belongings and privacy with care and respect Communicating with us about completed jobs, concerns or anything that needs additional attention What we're looking for: Previous professional residential cleaning experience required Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Able to independently complete a residential cleaning from start to finish Able to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Professional, trustworthy and respectful in clients' homes Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Comfortable traveling to clients throughout Leominster and surrounding areas Comfortable following company cleaning standards and client-specific instructions What we offer: $22-$25/hour based on experience Paid, on-the-job training to learn our company procedures and expectations Mileage reimbursement for eligible travel between jobs Part-time, primarily daytime work Opportunity for additional hours as our client base grows A small, locally owned company where reliability and quality are genuinely valued Because we are still growing, this position may be a particularly good fit for someone looking for part-time or supplemental income now who would be interested in taking on additional hours as they become available.
