Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service in the hospitality industry. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and clean. Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other amenities as needed. Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established housekeeping procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient room turnover and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or hotel housekeeping preferred but not required. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus. Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Must possess a positive attitude and strong customer service skills to enhance guest experiences.
