Job Description
True North Hotel Group, an award-winning management and development company, is seeking a Room Attendant to join our team at the Springhill Suites/ TownePlace Suites in Wrentham, MA. We offer awesome benefits and a great family culture.
RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for assisting all housekeeping personnel in the performance of heavy-duty work as directed by the Senior Housekeeper. Maintain the cleanliness of floors, fireplaces, ovens, elevators and landings, linen closets, guest laundry, exercise room, employee lounge and other public areas.
Assist with the removal and cleaning of soiled linens.
Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stopping.
Must be able to stand, sit and/or walk for an extended period of time.
Required certifications and training for TIPS, ServSafe, health department and other required organizations according to local codes.
Experience in hospitality is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stopping.
Must be able to stand, sit and/or walk for an extended period of time.
