Signing bonus offered. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial offices facilities using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemical agents. Handle janitorial tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards. Operate floor buffers and other floor care equipment to maintain pristine flooring surfaces. Follow safety protocols for chemical handling and manual handling to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Use proper lifting techniques for heavy items and participate in safe lifting practices during custodial duties. Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, safety procedures followed, and supplies used to ensure compliance with company policies. Qualifications Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation (including floor buffers), and sanitation standards. Ability to handle chemical agents safely following safety protocol procedures. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Basic understanding of facilities maintenance or custodial responsibilities is a plus.
