He or she will encounter guests and will need to consistently provide a positive guest experience. Responsibilities and Duties Acknowledges and greet guests with a warm and friendly greeting Performs tasks in a thorough and thoughtful manner Cleans assigned guest rooms and common areas in the allotted time including; changing bed linen, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, mopping and vacuuming Notifies the Maintenance Department of repairs needed Keeps storage areas and carts well-stocked, neat clean, and orderly Accommodates special requests Answers questions, and ensure our guests have a pleasant and smooth stay All other duties as assigned lifting, bending and reaching is required' '
