Housekeeper Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and order in residential settings. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to follow sanitation procedures consistently. Responsibilities Clean surfaces thoroughly, including countertops, furniture, and fixtures Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic environment Use cleaning equipment effectively and safely to complete assigned tasks Conduct floor cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming as appropriate Dust furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces to maintain cleanliness and appearance Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and preferences Provide excellent customer service by ensuring client satisfaction with cleaning standards and responsiveness to requests Requirements Knowledge of cleaning equipment and proper usage techniques Ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions and sanitation procedures Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills for client interaction and feedback reception Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Join our team to help create clean, comfortable living spaces while delivering exceptional service.
