Responsibilities Arrive at scheduled cleaning appointments on time and prepared to work Professionally greet customers when they are home Follow Dust and Shout's cleaning checklist and proven cleaning system Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other areas of the home Remove dirt, dust, buildup, and debris from assigned areas Complete a quality check before leaving each home Walk through the home with the customer when requested Confirm that the customer is satisfied with the completed service Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, trainers, and office staff Take proper care of cleaning supplies and equipment Represent Dust and Shout with professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to travel between customers' homes Ability to pass a criminal background check Ability to communicate with customers and follow written instructions in English Ability to lift at least 20 pounds Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the day Reliable smartphone with texting and internet access Willingness to receive coaching and follow a detailed cleaning process Consistent attendance and dependable communication How Success Is Measured Successful Dust and Shout cleaners: Arrive on time for scheduled cleans Follow the cleaning checklist Receive positive customer feedback Earn five star reviews and customer requests Maintain strong attendance Complete high quality work efficiently Support their teammates Help increase recurring customers About Dust and Shout Dust and Shout is a locally owned residential cleaning company serving Jefferson City and the surrounding area.
