Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, and using carpet cleaning techniques to preserve flooring quality. Manage outdoor work tasks such as patio cleaning or garden tidying when required. Use janitorial and custodial experience to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and ensure their satisfaction with services provided. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, with knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, and sanitation practices. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment, and procedures for effective janitorial maintenance. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple residences. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward clients. Outdoor work experience is a plus for tasks involving exterior cleaning or yard tidying. Physical stamina to stand for long periods, perform repetitive motions, and handle heavy lifting when necessary.
