Overview This is a residential and commercial cleaning business. Our work hours normally start at 8:30am and can end anyway from 1pm-5pm depending on how many cleans we have that day. You are on your feet all day and will be paid drive time in between each client. (Excludes lunch time). We will be in homes and business dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchen and bathrooms including toilets, bathtub, shower, sink, baseboard, cabinets, windows, and much more. Must be able to be on feet all day, lift at least 40 pounds and are not afraid to get a little dirty when needed. We are are able to set a schedule up based on your needs but once set I absolutely need reliability and communication. You will drive your personal vehicle to job sites so I ask that you have auto insurance and a current license. I will be doing background checks before hire so please let me know if I need to be aware of anything.

Duties:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
• Make beds and change linens
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste
• Organize and tidy up spaces
• Follow cleaning schedules and instructions from clients

Requirements:

• Experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required I am more than willing to train someone who is willing to learn.

• Ability to work in a group.
