Job Description

Garden View Care Center at Dougherty Ferry is seeking a Full-Time and Part-Time Laundry and Housekeeping Attendant. As a Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in resident rooms and common areas and ensuring that all laundry is properly cleaned and organized.

Duties:

Clean and sanitize resident rooms, including bathrooms, and common areas
Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries
Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
Dust furniture and fixtures
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel
Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry items
Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines
