Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service and an eye for detail, making it essential for candidates to have experience in various cleaning settings. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry , including folding, and organizing linens. Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms and public areas as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing all cleaning duties. Assist in training new housekeeping staff on best practices and company standards. Skills Proven experience in cleaning roles such as housekeeping management, janitorial services, or industrial cleaning. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment usage. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally.
