To maintain a clean and appealing guest room according to policy standards. This individual must take pride and ownership in the quality of his/her work on a daily basis while representing the Hotel in a positive manner. Each Housekeeper should be able to effectively communicate the needs of the guest room to the appropriate departments to ensure the safety and the satisfaction of each guest experience. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a welcoming environment. Manage floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness. Provide exceptional hospitality by addressing guest needs and requests promptly. Utilize janitorial and industrial cleaning techniques to uphold high standards of hygiene. Assist in housekeeping management tasks, including inventory control and supply management. Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping or maid services Strong cleaning and floor care skills Background in hospitality or hotel environments Familiarity with janitorial and industrial cleaning practices Experience in custodial management is a plus Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
