Primary ResponsibilitiesClean Public Areas:

Vacuum and mop hotel lobbies, hallways, elevators, and public restrooms.

Support Housekeeping:

Restock supply closets, transport and organize linens, move linen carts, and collect and remove trash.

Heavy Lifting & Setup:

Assist with flipping mattresses, moving room furniture, and setting up tables and chairs for meetings or events.

Basic Maintenance:

Replace burned-out light bulbs when appropriate and report damaged fixtures, equipment, or other maintenance concerns to the appropriate department.

Guest Room Deliveries:

Deliver requested items such as extra pillows, towels, blankets, or rollaway beds directly to guest rooms.

Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.

Follow all hotel safety, cleanliness, and guest-service standards.

Assist housekeeping and hotel staff with additional duties as needed.

Key Requirements:

Previous hotel, housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience is preferred but not required.

Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.

Must be dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently.

Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.

Must be comfortable interacting professionally with hotel guests and staff.
