Residential Cleaning Contractor

• Recurring Clients Job Overview Alder Home Cleaning is looking for a dependable, experienced residential cleaner to join our growing team as an Independent Cleaning Contractor.

We specialize in recurring residential cleaning for homeowners who value consistency, attention to detail, and excellent service. Our goal is different from the typical cleaning company. We are building small, concentrated routes of recurring clients, so our contractors can spend less time driving and more time cleaning. As Alder grows, our goal is for you to have multiple recurring homes located close to one another. If you genuinely enjoy cleaning, take pride in your work, and want consistent residential clients rather than constantly chasing one-time jobs, this could be a great fit. You will work independently in private homes while following Alder's established cleaning standards and service expectations. What You'll Do

• Perform detailed recurring residential cleanings according to The Alder Standard.
• Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated spaces.
• Vacuum and mop floors, clean baseboards, dust surfaces, sanitize high-touch areas, and clean fixtures and appliances.
• Pay close attention to detail and leave each home looking and feeling truly clean.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners.
• Build positive, professional relationships with recurring clients.
• Respect each client's home, belongings, privacy, and preferences.
• Follow Alder's cleaning checklists and service procedures.
• Document any access issues, damage, or concerns according to Alder procedures.
• Complete required closeout procedures after each cleaning.
• Maintain a reliable schedule and arrive on time for scheduled appointments.
• Provide reliable transportation and the cleaning equipment and supplies required for the work. What We're Looking For
• Previous residential cleaning experience preferred.
• Someone who genuinely enjoys cleaning and takes pride in doing excellent work.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
• Comfortable working independently without constant supervision.
• Professional and respectful when working inside clients' homes.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Able to safely perform the physical requirements of residential cleaning.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete Alder's onboarding requirements, including a background check and required contractor documentation.

• 200 per day Compensation is based on the homes completed and the assigned route.

This is an independent contractor (1099) position with per-home compensation, not an hourly employee position. High-quality, efficient contractors can build a strong recurring route as Alder continues to grow. Service Area Alder Home Cleaning is focused on Angier, Fuquay-Varina, and surrounding communities, with an emphasis on building concentrated neighborhood routes and keeping drive times between homes as short as possible.
