Natasha's Cleaning & Organization is a growing, high-end residential and Airbnb cleaning company looking for someone who genuinely takes pride in creating spotless homes. We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, detail-obsessed, and ready to become part of a team that values quality over speed. If you simply "wipe things down," this isn't the position for you. If you notice fingerprints on stainless steel, straighten pillows without being asked, and believe details matter—you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Assist with luxury Airbnb turnovers and residential cleanings Deep clean kitchens and bathrooms Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize Make beds and stage homes Restock supplies Help ensure every property is guest-ready before leaving What We're Looking For ✔ Reliable transportation ✔ Valid driver's license ✔ Must be dependable with excellent attendance ✔ Must be flexible with scheduling and available to work when business demands it. Our workload changes weekly, so availability is extremely important. ✔ Must be comfortable with a schedule that can vary based on client bookings and cleaning demand. ✔ Must be able to work well with others and take direction. ✔ Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. ✔ Must be physically able to lift up to 40 lbs., bend, kneel, climb stairs, and remain active throughout the day. ✔ Must have exceptional attention to detail. ✔ Must successfully pass both a background check and a pre-employment drug screening.
