Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to keep all surfaces looking their best. Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, linens, and other essentials to guarantee guest satisfaction. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards. Follow all health and safety protocols diligently to create a secure environment for guests and staff alike. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans during less busy hours to maintain overall cleanliness excellence. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping within hotels or industrial cleaning environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and carpet maintenance. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching comfortably. Familiarity with hospitality standards or housekeeper management practices is a plus. Demonstrated reliability with a positive attitude towards teamwork and guest service excellence.
