Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that residential spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services and creating a welcoming environment for residents. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and positive attitude will contribute to providing an outstanding experience for our residents. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all bathrooms, resident rooms and surfaces. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely to ensure effective results while adhering to health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with residents to understand specific needs, provide updates on completed tasks, and ensure resident satisfaction. Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high-quality standards. Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued. Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures along with familiarity with various cleaning detergents and equipment. Strong skills in floor cleaning, surface sanitation, carpet care, and dusting techniques. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and effectively. Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple residences. Physical stamina for active work including standing for long periods, bending, stretching, as necessary. A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards and supporting team efforts in housekeeping management.
