Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that residential spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services, managing household chores efficiently, and creating a welcoming environment for clients. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and positive attitude will contribute to delivering outstanding residential housekeeping experiences that exceed expectations. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to maintain spotless living spaces. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met consistently. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care. Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and applying appropriate floor cleaning techniques. Use cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols. Manage outdoor work responsibilities including patio or porch cleaning as needed. Communicate professionally with clients regarding specific cleaning requests or concerns, ensuring their satisfaction at all times. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial or custodial roles preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete duties within scheduled timeframes. Physical stamina for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities. Customer service orientation with effective communication skills for client interaction. Familiarity with cleaning detergents and disinfectants along with proper handling procedures. Experience in housekeeping management or supervising team members is a plus.
