MasterCorp is hiring General Cleaners to support resort housekeeping operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms and common areas, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, making beds, restocking linens and amenities, and removing trash. Ensure rooms meet company and resort cleanliness standards, follow safety and sanitation guidelines, and report maintenance issues. Work closely with a team and supervisors to meet daily schedules. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow into advanced housekeeping or leadership roles within leading vacation destinations nationwide. Responsibilities Clean guest rooms and resort common areas to brand standards Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize surfaces and bathrooms Make beds and restock linens, towels, and guest amenities Empty trash and remove used linens safely and efficiently Follow safety, chemical handling, and sanitation procedures Inspect rooms and report maintenance or damage issues Meet daily room quotas and time standards set by supervisors Work collaboratively with housekeeping team and leadership Provide courteous, guest-focused service when onsite Follow company policies, dress code, and attendance standards Required Skills Basic cleaning and sanitizing techniques Use of housekeeping tools and equipment Time management and task prioritization Attention to detail and quality control Knowledge of safety and chemical-handling procedures Linen and amenity restocking Room inspection and reporting issues Basic customer service in hospitality settings Ability to follow cleaning checklists and standards Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
