Shift:

Evenings and Weekends (TBD) - 24 hours a week Responsibilities include: Clean building exteriors, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other hard surfaces. Perform trash removal and replace containers with empty bags Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming Service, supply and clean restrooms Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment Patrol entire site for any trash and/or spills that needs to be cleaned Required Skills and Qualifications Attention to detail and quality Must be able to walk and/or stand for up to four hours at a time minimum Must be able to perform all required duties of the position Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds Must be able to use hand tools and facilities equipment Housekeeping / Office cleaning experience a plus. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Pay:

$22.00 per hour
