This includes event preparation, setup, facilitating activities, timeline management, cleanup, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure every celebration is unforgettable.

Requirements Job Responsibilities Event Preparation:

Review the day's schedule, confirm party details, and ensure all supplies, decorations, and activities are ready for execution.

Guest Experience:

Welcome guests, provide clear communication, and lead party activities with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Timeline Management:

Adhere to event schedules, ensuring activities stay on track, and parties begin and end on time.

Setup & Cleanup:

Prepare the celebration space before guests arrive and restore it to pristine condition after each event, including organizing supplies and sanitizing surfaces.

Collaboration:

Work closely with a supporting host to divide responsibilities and ensure a seamless event.

Brand Representation:

Uphold Curbside Confections' standards for excellence, ensuring guests leave with a positive impression of our brand. Skills Friendly, outgoing, and people-oriented, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Strong time management and organizational skills to keep events on track and running smoothly. Patient, professional, and comfortable working with children of all ages and their families. Ability to manage and defuse stressful situations with confidence and a can-do attitude. A team player who works well independently and collaboratively with other hosts. Requirements Must be at least 17 years old. Previous customer service experience required; experience working with children preferred. Availability to work weekends and flexible hours. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and set up event materials as needed. Must provide references.

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 5.0 per week
