Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to client locations throughout South Jersey. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to meet high standards of cleanliness. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures efficiently across different areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and outdoor spaces. Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to clean surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery effectively. Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items for clients. Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting tasks safely when moving furniture or large items during cleaning routines. Maintain proper use and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure safety and longevity. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service. Adhere to time management schedules to complete cleaning tasks promptly while maintaining quality standards. Follow janitorial procedures for sanitation and cleanliness in both indoor and outdoor work environments. Assist with housekeeping management tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. Skills Proven experience in residential/commercial cleaning or housekeeping roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation best practices. Familiarity with various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and dusters. Ability to implement cleaning protocols using different detergents safely and effectively. Excellent manual handling skills for heavy lifting and moving furniture or appliances safely. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs. Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday. Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior areas or outdoor furniture.
