Key Responsibilities:

Breakfast Attendant (Weekends - 2 Days/Week): Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area according to hotel standards. Prepare and replenish hot and cold food items, beverages, and condiments. Ensure the breakfast area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. Greet guests warmly and assist them with any needs or questions. Monitor food levels and temperatures to ensure quality and safety. Clean up the breakfast area after service, including dishes, tables, and equipment. Handle guest comments and concerns with professionalism.

Housekeeper:

Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities. Dust, vacuum, and mop all surfaces. Clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly. Empty trash and replace liners. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly. Adhere to all safety and security procedures. Handle guest requests and inquiries politely and efficiently.
