The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. This role is essential in ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests, contributing to their overall experience. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Restock supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other guest necessities. Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used properly and maintained in good condition. Assist with laundry services as needed to support housekeeping operations. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all assigned areas. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles; hotel experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment usage. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality service in hospitality settings. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is advantageous. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff. Previous janitorial or housekeeping management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
