As a Cleaning Technician, you will be an essential part of our commitment to providing a pristine space for families, their pets as well as businesses and their employees, visitors, and clients alike. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help foster a positive atmosphere that reflects our dedication to excellence. Job Requirements Perform routine residential cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces throughout clients' homes. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, and mirrors, while restocking homeowner-designated supplies as needed. Remove household trash and dispose of it according to homeowner instructions. Safely and effectively use residential cleaning equipment and tools such as vacuums, mops, carpet cleaners, and eco-friendly cleaning products. Identify and promptly report any maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards observed within the home. Follow all health, safety, and company cleaning protocols to ensure a safe, respectful, and secure environment for clients, families, and pets. Assist with deep-cleaning services, move-in/move-out cleans, or special residential projects as requested to maintain high home cleanliness standards. Experience Required Basic knowledge of residential cleaning techniques, including proper use of cleaning products, tools, and equipment. Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, standing for extended periods, and repetitive motions throughout the workday. Capacity to lift and carry up to 30-40 pounds as needed. Strong time-management skills with the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality cleaning standards. Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the job assignment. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering consistent, thorough results in clients' homes. Reliable transportation and punctuality to arrive at scheduled meeting place on time. Willingness to follow company policies, safety procedures, and residential client preferences. Positive attitude, professionalism, and respect for clients' homes, privacy, and belongings.
