Seasonal position available from May-October 2024. Full time or part time possible. Must have valid driver's license.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet guests and clients of the Inn as they arrive in a professional and friendly manor. Park cars when needed. Assist guests with bags and other luggage and escort guests to their rooms. Assist with bags and belongings when guests depart. Assist with upkeep of property in down time when there are no guest arrivals or departures. Including carrying laundry between buildings and some cleaning of interiors. Carry and reload fire wood in hotel rooms. Start fires in fireplaces and firepits when needed. Assist with basic upkeep of exterior property, taking out trash, picking up natural debris, etc. Help move furniture, including rollaway beds, outdoor furniture, set up tables and chairs, assist with beach chairs and umbrellas for guests. Pick up and drop off guests using hotel's courtesy SUV. Must have driver's license and clean driving record. Car is available to guests for transit around East Hampton and to the beaches but not outside of the area. (No long distance driving.) Must be familiar with the layout of the hotel and each of the accommodations to assist with guest questions at check in and during their stays. Receive deliveries, interact with vendors, greet visitors to the property. Represent the standards of five-star service and luxury hospitality. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must be able to stand for long durations of time. Must be able to bend, pick up, and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
