Requirements Proven experience in residential or custodial cleaning with knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, and sanitation procedures. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and janitorial best practices. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently in various indoor and outdoor environments. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with residents or clients about their needs.
