Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and floor care to maintain a spotless living environment. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures according to established standards to ensure hygiene and safety. Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively for various surfaces and materials. Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting, moving furniture, or outdoor work as needed with proper safety precautions. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored housekeeping services. Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor areas, ensuring a hygienic environment at all times. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, with knowledge of janitorial or custodial procedures. Strong skills in cleaning surfaces, floor cleaning, dusting, and floor care techniques. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment, and sanitation practices to ensure effective results. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual handling tasks comfortably. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple properties. Outstanding customer service abilities with clear communication skills for client interaction. Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces when necessary. Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is advantageous but not required.
