As we continue our commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, we are seeking dedicated Hotel Housekeepers to join our award-winning hospitality team. We are currently hiring for positions at both the Courtyard Canfield and our all-new SpringHill Suites and TownePlace Suites by Marriott , both located in the Westford Lifestyle Community. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, dependable, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to Marriott brand standards. Perform housekeeping tasks including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sanitizing, and changing bed linens. Restock guest room amenities, linens, and housekeeping supplies as needed. Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored. Follow all hotel cleanliness standards, safety procedures, and company policies. Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or safety hazards to the appropriate department. Assist with laundry operations and other housekeeping-related duties as needed. Help create a positive guest experience through attention to detail and quality service.

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping, custodial, or hotel experience preferred, but not required. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment. Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout a scheduled shift. Bi-weekly pay.
