What You'll Do Keep Common Spaces Pristine :

Execute daily, weekly, and seasonal cleaning checklists across our high-rise amenities—including lobbies, hallways, elevators, fitness center, pool area, party room, laundry facilities, and garage.

Grounds & Exterior Care :

Maintain pristine exterior entrances, walkways, garages, and outdoor amenities, ensuring grounds remain safe, clean, and free of litter or debris.

Seasonal & Light Upkeep :

Assist with light preventative maintenance (changing lightbulbs, organizing supply rooms), carpet cleaning, floor waxing, and seasonal ice/snow removal on walkways.

Resident Customer Service :

Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to condo owners, visitors, and vendors while covering brief front-desk breaks as needed.

Inventory & Safety :

Track cleaning supply stock, report maintenance needs, and uphold top-tier safety standards.

What We're Looking For Experience :

2+ years of custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience. Eye for

High standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and property aesthetic.

Reliability & Attitude :

Punctual, accountable, friendly, and eager to work as part of a close-knit team.

Flexibility :

Willingness to occasionally cover holiday shifts when needed. Physical & Mental Requirements Bending, reaching, lifting, crawling, climbing, stooping, sitting, standing, walking, vision & verbal communication. Lift, carry, and move objects, up to 50 pounds. Learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, make timely decisions in the context of a workflow, ability to communicate, and ability to complete tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity quota.
