Duties Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to keep all surfaces pristine Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly Follow established cleaning protocols using appropriate janitorial and industrial cleaning equipment and products Report maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to ensure timely resolution Adhere to safety procedures and health regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Requirements Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred; experience in industrial cleaning or janitorial work is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and hospitality standards Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency in cleanliness Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment Prior experience in housekeeping management is advantageous but not required Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication makes a tangible difference!
