Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all areas within residential properties Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are consistently met or exceeded Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and other janitorial tools Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work to maintain outdoor spaces and exterior surfaces Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and detergents; ensure proper storage and usage of all cleaning agents Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on work completed, and address any concerns promptly Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles with knowledge of janitorial or custodial procedures Strong skills in cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, dusting, and sanitation practices Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and safety protocols for manual handling and heavy lifting Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Ability to perform outdoor work when necessary to maintain exterior spaces or outdoor furniture Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their preferences and needs Experience in housekeeper management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks throughout the day while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Join us in creating clean, comfortable environments that make a positive difference in our clients' lives!
