Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to uphold high cleanliness standards Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively across all areas, utilizing appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine flooring surfaces Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items Handle manual lifting of furniture, supplies, and heavy cleaning equipment safely in accordance with proper manual handling techniques Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas when required by performing outdoor work tasks such as sweeping walkways or patio cleaning Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided Skills Proven experience in residential housekeeping or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures Proficiency in using various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and dusters Knowledge of cleaning surfaces including wood, tile, glass, and upholstery along with proper use of cleaning detergents and sanitizers Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during scheduled shifts Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to manual handling guidelines Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Experience in outdoor work environments is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces or patios Join us in creating spotless environments that promote health and happiness!
