Employee Assistance Program Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms and common areas to brand standards Change bed linens and make beds Replenish guest room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures Clean bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained Adhere to hotel policies regarding health and safety, confidentiality, and guest service
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and contribute as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work weekends and holidays Ability to follow instructions and adhere to hotel policies and procedures Weekend availability
Physical Requirements:
