•3.30 pm About the Role Welcome to the next generation in senior living, The Springs Living. Our purpose is to change the way people think, feel, and experience senior housing. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities Clean resident apartments, common areas, and offices on a scheduled basis Perform deep cleaning as needed Vacuum, mop, dust, remove trash, and sanitize bathrooms Maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas Use cleaning supplies safely and follow proper chemical handling procedures Report equipment issues and safety concerns promptly Interact respectfully and professionally with residents, families, and team members Build positive relationships with residents by learning their preferences Support team members and assist in other areas as needed Qualifications Previous housekeeping or related experience preferred, but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on feet for extended periods Comfortable with bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling Strong attention to detail and time management skills Friendly, dependable, and effective communicator Why Join the Springs Living Positive, mission-driven work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' lives Supportive, team-oriented culture Potential for permanent employment after 90 days Consistent schedule and reliable hours Beautiful, well-maintained community
