Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to maintain high standards of hygiene and appearance Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively across all areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and outdoor spaces when applicable Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to ensure surfaces are cleaned safely and thoroughly while adhering to safety protocols Manage floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and polishing to keep floors in pristine condition Conduct manual handling of heavy or bulky items with proper technique to prevent injury during furniture moving or equipment use Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles, with knowledge of janitorial procedures and floor care techniques Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and carpet extractors Strong understanding of cleaning surfaces and sanitation standards to ensure a hygienic environment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling furniture or supplies Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior areas or patios as needed Exceptional client communication skills to foster positive relationships with homeowners and address their concerns confidently

Pay:

$14.05 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
